Privacy Policy
How we handle your information
Effective date: July 28, 2026 · Last updated: July 28, 2026
Momentum Collaboration Advisory, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates momentumcollab.com (the “Site”). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We collect information only when you choose to give it to us — primarily through our contact form. This may include:
- Name
- Email address
- Message content— whatever you write to us, including anything you choose to share about your organization or situation, and the topic you select to help route your message
We do not require an account, and we do not collect this information through any other means (no tracking pixels tied to personal identity, no third-party data brokers).
How we use it
We use the information you submit solely to:
- Respond to your inquiry
- Follow up about a potential engagement
- Keep a record of past correspondence, for our own reference
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use your message content for any purpose other than responding to you.
Service providers
We use a small number of third-party services to operate this Site, each of which may process limited technical data as part of delivering their service:
- Cloudflare— hosts this Site and provides Turnstile, a bot-verification check on our contact form. Cloudflare may process your IP address and browser information solely to confirm you are a human visitor, not a bot. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
- Resend— delivers the email generated when you submit our contact form. Resend processes the message content only to transmit it to us. See Resend’s Privacy Policy.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics(if enabled) — provides aggregate, anonymized visit statistics (pages viewed, general location by country, device type). This does not use cookies and does not track you individually across sites.
We do not use Google Analytics or similar tools that build individual advertising profiles.
Data retention
We retain contact form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of business correspondence, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what information we have about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your information from our records
To make any of these requests, email info@momentumcollab.com.
Children’s privacy
This Site is intended for business professionals and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be noted on this page.
